They will not be invited to register with the agency until such time as we and the other members agree they are 80% towards the possibility of being placed in a major acting role. If they leave before this point they have no commitment to us or the other members, except in paying to the general pool their share of telephone costs and other cost the group have encountered.
The property used will be owned or rented by us, it will be located in a safe and pleasant area away from noise and pollution, with a nice climate to work in. it will NOT be near a night life area, or area where distractions to acting are likely to be. It has to be respected and kept in good condition, tidy and suitable for the use. They also have to live comfortably with the community and neighbors and not create a nuisance or noise.
The training and discovery programme will be very much based upon the previous Rising Stars project, including action for the screen, role play, screen skills, as well as al activities behind the camera. In addition management skills, financial management and more will be included. In order to gain maximum exposure for the new Rising Stars they will also become entertainers, so that at parties, and on chat shows people will get to look forward to seeing them.
